RETURN POLICY: We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on our products ordered through the internet (does not include shipping and handling). In order for us to honor the warranty we will need you to mail us back your return in its original packaging with the proof of purchase within 30 days of your purchase if within the United States. For the rest of the world within 15 days after you receive the shipment.

Damaged Items:

All pieces are repacked to prevent damages during shipping, but if one should be broken beyond reasonable repair we have the option of requesting a claim from the shipping company delivering the item. In this case it may be necessary for the shipping company to pick up the item for inspection and return to us. Once we have received the item we will re-ship the replacement item to you at no cost to you.

Important message about our products:

All Mahogany and teak models are handcrafted items. No two are alike and therefore they are imperfect by nature. Color variations from model to model are possible and we can not guarantee that the color consistency will always be the same. For protection from damage we ship the pieces semi-assembled. Some simple final assembly may be required.
